The crew gathered their friends and family, raised funds through the help of the community and built the brewery from the ground up. 7th Day Brewery opened its doors on 28th October 2018 in the heart of Brookvale’s Industrial Estate. The idea behind the ‘7th Day Brewery’ is to create and celebrate a social beer after a hard week of work.
