Shipping for all domestic orders is free.
All parcels are despatched from individual breweries. Please allow a day or two for your order to be processed. When your order includes items from multiple breweries, items will be sent separately.
All orders will be sent with either Sendle or Australia Post depending on delivery route. You will be provided with tracking for each parcel according to your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email used when placing your order.
Please note, parcels are sent from individual breweries, therefore shipping times are subject to vary according to location.
During holiday periods shipping may be delayed, due to higher volumes of parcels in transit.
Unfortunately, all items are sent with a courier, therefore we are unable to offer express shipping or send to a PO Box/Parcel Locker. Feel free to contact our team if you have any queries regarding shipping.
Please note: Beer Fans does not cover the cost of resending items that are retuned to sender. Please check all shipping details are correct before confirming order. If details are incorrect please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to update any details.
